Join All American Rucks and Grand River Cellars for the inaugural Vines & Valor 5K – a unique fitness and winery experience set in the heart of Ohio Wine Country. Whether you are running for competition, walking with friends, or taking on the challenge with a ruck, this event is designed to bring people together through fitness, community, & purpose.
Participants will experience a scenic cross-country style course featuring vineyard views, rolling terrain, rustic scenery, and a relaxed atmosphere before enjoying the winery experience after the event. Held during harvest season, the vineyards will be full and the scent of fresh grapes throughout the course creates an experience unlike any traditional 5K.
This is more than just a race – it is an experience.

10:30 AM: Check-In & Registration Opens
11:15 AM: Opening Announcements
11:30 AM: Vines & Valor 5K Step Off
Upon Completion: Awards & Patch Distribution
Followed by Winery Social Time

The Course
Participants will complete a scenic two-lap 5K route through winery property and surrounding terrain. The course features:
- Vineyard views
- Rolling terrain
- Scenic countryside surroundings
- Cross-country style footing
- Unique winery atmosphere
- The incredible smell of ripening grapes throughout the vineyard
This is not your typical road race. If you are chasing a personal best 5K time, this may not be the course for you – but if you are looking for a fun, challenging, and memorable experience with incredible scenery and atmosphere, the Vines & Valor 5K delivers exactly that.

Divisions
Participants may compete in the following divisions:
Running Division, Walking Division, or Rucking Division
Rucking Standards:
- Participants under 150 bs. must carry at least 10 lbs.
- Participants 150 lbs. and above must carry at least 20 lbs.
Awards
Awards will be presented to the:
Top Male and Female Participants in Each Division
All participants will receive their exclusive event patch upon completion!

Winery Social Time
After crossing the finish line, participants are encouraged to stay and enjoy the winery atmosphere with fellow participants, supporters, and community members. Relax, socialize, and use your complimentary drink ticket while enjoying everything Grand River Cellars has to offer. There will be vines. And there will be wines.
