Join us on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Conneaut Township Park (480 Lake Rd.) for March for Heroes: A County United, a community fitness event that brings together Veterans, First Responders, families, and community members to honor those who have served while supporting Veterans throughout Ashtabula County.

Hosted by All American Rucks in partnership with the Ashtabula County Veterans Service Commission (ACVSC), this event promotes fitness, resilience, and service while raising funds to support the programs and services provided by the ACVSC to Veterans across Ashtabula County

Registration Options

Honor Loop

1.25 Miles (1 Lap)

$15 (Only $10 through October 1st)

  • No ruck required
  • No exercise stations
  • Complete one scenic loop through Conneaut Township Park
  • Commemorative finisher patch included

2.5 Mile Challenge

2.5 Miles (2 Laps)

$25 (Only $20 through October 1st)

Choose your division:

Hero Ruck Division: Ruck required (10 lbs. for under 150 lbs. / 20 lbs. for 150 lbs. & over)

Patriot Division: No ruck required

Both divisions will:

  • Complete 2 laps
  • Complete 4 fitness station circuits (one during each half of every lap, for a total of 8 station circuits)
  • Be professionally timed
  • Compete for overall awards

5 Mile Challenge

5 Miles (4 Laps)

$30 (Only $25 through October 1st)

Choose your division:

Hero Ruck Division: Ruck required (10 lb. minimum under 150 lbs. / 20 lb. minimum for 150 lbs. and over)

Patriot Division: No ruck required

Both divisions will:

  • Complete 4 laps
  • Complete 4 fitness station circuits each lap (16 total fitness station circuits)
  • Be professionally timed
  • Compete for overall awards

Course Information

The course consists of a 1.25 mile loop through scenic Conneaut Township Park. Participants should expect a challenging route featuring:

  • Paved and unpaved surfaces
  • Uneven terrain
  • Rolling hills
  • Two sets of stairs

Proper footwear is strongly recommended

Station 1-Strength

  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 15 Sit-Ups

Station 2-Power

  • 10 burpees
  • 10 Walking Lunges (Each Leg)
  • 15 Mountain Climbers (Each Leg)

Station 3-Grit

  • 10 Bear Crawl Steps Forward
  • 10 Bear Crawl Steps Back
  • 15 Plank Up-Downs

Station 4-Finish

  • 15 Russian Twists (Each Side)
  • 10 Plank Shoulder taps (Each Shoulder)
  • 15 Flutter Kicks (Each Leg)

Awards

Awards will be presented to the Top Male and Top Female finishers in each competitive division:

  • 2.5 Mile Hero Ruck Division
  • 2.5 Mile Patriot Division
  • 5 Mile Hero Ruck Division
  • 5 Mile Patriot Division

All Honor Loop participants will receive a commemorative finisher patch.

Supporting Local Veterans

All event proceeds will benefit the Ashtabula County Veterans Service Commission, helping expand programs, services, and resources for Veterans throughout Ashtabula County.

The event will also feature a Stuff Your Ruck canned food drive benefiting Feed Our Vets. Participants and spectators are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations to support local Veterans and their families.
