This annual event brings together friends, family, and the community to honor Hugh’s spirit while raising funds to support cancer patients and research.
About the Outing
In honor of Hugh Araps, who passed away in 2020 after a courageous battle with Ewing’s Sarcoma, this outing is more than just golf – it’s about community, generosity, and keeping Hugh’s spirit alive through a shared love of the game.

- Location: Madison Country Club
- Date: Saturday August 29, 2026
- Registration & Lunch: 11:30 AM
- Tee Time: 1:00 PM (Scramble Format)
- Dinner: Immediately following play
Registration Information
- Format: Foursome (4 golfers per team)
- Cost: $500 per foursome
- Capacity: Limited to 32 groups (128 Golfers)
- Course Setup: 2 groups per hole
How to Register:
Register your foursome under one name only (the person organizing your group). On event day, check-in will be under that last name.
Support the Cause
During registration, you’ll have the option to:
-Make a monetary donation, or
-Volunteer to bring items such as water or Gatorade
Every contribution directly supports families battling cancer and helps fund ongoing research.
